One of the main changes in the CDM Regulations 2015 was the removal of CDM Co-ordinator role and introduction of a new Principal Designer role. The Principal Designer role is structurally different from the previous CDM Co-ordinator role. Legal responsibilities to be discharged by Principal Designer heavily focus on identifying and controlling the health and safety risks on a construction project during construction and post construction maintenance. At Safescope we have been providing Principal Designer services since the inception of Principal Designer role.
