Dr. Khalid Bhutto is a founding director of Safescope. He holds impressive qualifications in civil engineering, construction and health and safety. He has vast experience in the construction industry (since 1994) and particularly in construction health and safety (since 2004). This unusual and unique blend of qualifications and experience, both in construction and in health and safety, has given him a distinct advantage. He has developed expertise in CDM and other construction related health and safety regulations. He has as an impressive standing in the industry and is known for his straightforward and practical approach to the application of the regulations. He has helped our valued clients in managing health and safety related claims, litigation, HSE enforcement and prosecution. Dr. Bhutto has also delivered training seminars throughout the UK on the application of construction safety regulations on behalf of various construction related professional bodies and organisations (e.g. CIOB, ICE and RICS).
