This course is for those involved with construction sites in a supervisory, team leader or managerial positions, who have a responsibility for the health and safety of others on site. It is assumed that the attendees will have understanding of health and safety legislation and its application on sites at a basic introductory level. The course is aimed to explain the requirements to implement health and safety on construction sites, role of management and responsibilities, moral, legal and financial implications of poor health and safety on site and requirements for monitoring and supervising the staff on site.
